- Services:
- Aliancy Technologies offers a range of services including but not limited to consulting, development, maintenance, and support.
- Service agreements will outline the scope of work, service levels, and terms of engagement.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements and feedback to ensure satisfactory service delivery.
- Sales:
- Sales of products and services by Aliancy Technologies are subject to availability and acceptance of orders.
- Prices, specifications, and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice.
- Aliancy Technologies reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion.
- Software Services:
- Software services provided by Aliancy Technologies may include licensing, installation, customization, and support.
- Clients must adhere to the terms of software licenses and usage agreements.
- Aliancy Technologies is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use or misuse of software services.
- Data Collection:
- Aliancy Technologies may collect and process personal and non-personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
- Data collected may be used for purposes including but not limited to improving our services, analytics, and marketing.
- Clients have the right to access, modify, or request deletion of their personal data as permitted by law.
- Payments Details:
- Payment terms and details will be specified in agreements or invoices issued by Aliancy Technologies.
- Payments must be made in the currency and manner specified by Aliancy Technologies.
- Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services at the discretion of Aliancy Technologies.
- Limitation of Liability:
- Aliancy Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific product or service.
- Governing Law:
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of jurisdiction.
- Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in jurisdiction.
Terms and Conditions for Transferring Digital Assets:
- Transfer Charges:
- For transferring a website, a flat fee of Rs. 3999 will be applicable.
- For transferring an application, a flat fee of Rs. 6999 will be applicable.
- For transferring any other custom-made software, web APIs, or digital assets, a fee equivalent to 3.75% of the actual cost of the project will be applicable.
- Payment:
- The transfer charges must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the transfer process.
- Payment can be made through the designated payment methods provided by Aliancy Technologies.
- Transfer Process:
- The transfer process will begin upon receipt of the applicable transfer charges.
- Clients must provide all necessary access credentials and documentation required for the transfer process to proceed smoothly.
- Aliancy Technologies reserves the right to verify the ownership of the digital asset before initiating the transfer process.
- Liability:
- Aliancy Technologies will not be liable for any data loss, corruption, or interruption of services during or after the transfer process.
- Clients are responsible for backing up their data prior to initiating the transfer process.
- Completion of Transfer:
- Upon successful completion of the transfer process, clients will receive confirmation along with any relevant documentation or credentials.
- Additional Services:
- Any additional services requested by the client during the transfer process may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon separately.
- Cancellation and Refunds:
- Once the transfer process has commenced, cancellation requests will not be entertained, and no refunds will be issued.
- In the event of failure to complete the transfer process due to reasons beyond the control of Aliancy Technologies, a refund may be considered at the discretion of the management.
- Modifications:
- Aliancy Technologies reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- It is the responsibility of users to review these terms periodically for any changes.
By using Aliancy Technologies’ projects, services, sales offerings, software services, or providing us with your data, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
